Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd. in Lincolnshire is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to champion adult learning and drive learner referrals and enrolments. You will build partnerships with schools, employers and community groups, and oversee information, advice and guidance sessions.

You will manage referrals, ensure compliant recruitment and documentation, and work towards monthly targets while promoting inclusive learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and networks to foster partnerships that support the growth and success of adult learning programmes.
• Promote Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referrers.
• Conduct information, advice, and guidance sessions so potential learners are informed about opportunities.
• Engage with potential learners, employers and community groups, providing information on available programmes.
• Manage and maintain learner referral information and coordinate with tutors and managers.
• Attend education and careers events to promote adult learning.
• Ensure recruitment, enrolment and contract documentation is completed in line with funding requirements.
• Meet monthly targets for programme starts, placements and progressions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programmes.
