Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd. is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer for Skegness to champion adult learning and drive learner referrals and enrolments across its programmes in Lincolnshire.

You will develop partnerships with external stakeholders, deliver Information, Advice and Guidance to potential learners, and manage recruitment and documentation while working to monthly targets for starts and progression.

Qualifications

• Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification required.
• GCSE English, Maths and ICT (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Full driving licence required.
• Desirable: L3 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in learner/stakeholder engagement and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders to support learner programmes.
• Identify and promote Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners.
• Deliver information, advice and guidance sessions to potential learners.
• Engage with learners, employers and community groups with accurate programme info.
• Manage learner referral information and coordinate with tutors and managers.
• Respond to referral inquiries and support potential learners' journeys.
• Attend education and career events to promote learning opportunities.
• Ensure recruitment and enrolment documentation complies with funding rules.
• Meet monthly targets for starts, placements and progression.
