Job summary

Acorn Training Ltd. is seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to drive learner referrals and enrolments across Lincolnshire.

You will build strong partnerships with community organisations and employers, guiding adult learners through information, advice and enrolment processes, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. You will meet monthly recruitment targets, develop engagement strategies, and collaborate with marketing to promote programmes while maintaining detailed records and

Qualifications

• Level 2 IAG or equivalent qualification.
• GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with external stakeholders and networks to support growth of adult learning programmes.
• Identify and promote suitable Adult Learning programmes and SWAPs to learners and referral sources.
• Conduct information, advice and guidance sessions to inform potential learners about opportunities.
• Engage with potential learners, employers and community groups, providing information on available programmes.
• Maintain detailed learner referral information and coordinate with tutors and management.
• Respond promptly to referral inquiries and provide necessary support.
