Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Learner Engagement Advisor in Nottingham with hybrid working. The role involves guiding prospective learners from enquiry to enrolment, delivering high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and ensuring learners match to the right programme first time.

The successful candidate will interview applicants, manage onboarding, assist with funding checks and help learners through maths and English assessments while building partnerships to meet enrolment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviews or customer service in people-focused environments.
• Experience in education, apprenticeships, training or careers advice is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess prospective learners.
• Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG).
• Manage learner onboarding and enrolment processes.
• Complete eligibility and funding compliance checks.
• Support Maths and English initial assessments.
• Maintain accurate learner records and reporting.
• Attend careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Support achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets.

Up to £27,815 per annum

Full Time | 35-hour week | 3:30pm finish every Friday

I'm currently supporting a well-established and highly regarded training provider in Nottingham with the recruitment of a Learner Engagement Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment, customer service, employability, careers guidance, sales or learner engagement who enjoys working with people and making a genuine difference to their future career prospects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting prospective learners from initial enquiry through to enrolment, providing high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and ensuring they are matched to the right programme first time.

What We're Looking For

• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
