Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is recruiting a Learner and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor for its Nottingham-based training organisation. The role focuses on identifying learners, conducting high-quality IAG, and engaging with employers to understand recruitment needs and offer SWAP services.

You will support a diverse learner base, ensuring equal opportunities and excellent customer service, while working in a hybrid model with a 35-hour week and early Friday finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner and employer engagement.
• Knowledge of the training sector, especially ASF/employability.
• IAG Level 2 qualification.
• Good IT skills with MS Office and Excel.
• Grade 4 English or Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential learners for training programmes via job centres, referral partners and direct applicants.
• Screen and provide high quality IAG to ensure suitability before enrolment onto training programmes.
• Engage with employers to identify recruitment needs and provide a SWAP service.
• Provide effective customer service to learners, external organisations and staff.
• Ensure Equality & Diversity practices are followed in day-to-day activities.

Find are delighted to be supporting a Nottingham based, well-established leading training organisation to hire a Learner and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join their growing team. Our client provide a range of employment related training including Full Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Employability, Adult Learning Loans and work experience opportunities for adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, that will enhance individuals' employment potential and qualifications.

Main purpose

• To identify potential learners for training programmes via a variety of methods including engagement with job centres, referral partners and direct applicants.
• To carry out screening and high quality IAG of learners to ensure suitability before enrolling learners onto training programmes.
• Engage with employers to identify recruitment needs and provide a SWAP service.
• To provide an effective and efficient customer service function to our external and internal customers, including learners, outside organisations and staff.
• To ensure that Equality & Diversity practices are followed throughout the day-to-day activities, especially when dealing with learners and taking telephone calls.

Applicants must have

• Experience in learner and employer engagement
• Knowledge of the training sector; especially ASF/employability
• Minimum of an IAG level 2 qualification
• Good IT skills and sound knowledge of MS Office / excel
• A minimum of grade 4 English or Level 2 Functional Skills
• Driving licence and own transport
