A leading US firm is looking to hire into its Corporate Private Equity team in its expanding London office. The firm has an outstanding international reputation, offers fantastic progression prospects and a market-leading remuneration package.

The firm undertakes a broad range of work in the corporate PE sphere and associates can expect to be working on cross-border M&As, carve-outs and consortium deals, among other matters. The team acts for a number of massive PE clients on multi-million pound deals and transactions.

The ideal candidate will be NQ-4PQE at another leading firm and will have an excellent academic background.
