Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner (12 Month FTC)
Location : Ireland (Dublin) or UK (Leeds or London)
Reporting to : Senior Manager, Leadership Talent Acquisition
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The Leadership Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner will support the successful execution of Director-level hiring activity across both central Flutter Functions (FF) and the UK & Ireland (UKI) region.
This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with responsibility for managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Director‑level roles, executing proactive sourcing, and supporting the operational aspects of leadership hiring.
Working within the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role will ensure timely and high‑quality execution of leadership hiring plans, working closely with senior hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
