We are seeking an outgoing Leadership & Development Manager to become a part of our hardworking Learning & Development team!

The Role

The role exists to support all managers across the business to enhance their leadership capability and deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Head of L&D to explore existing opportunities to help deliver the People Plan
• Approximately 50% of the role is delivery, 25% design, communication and 25% admin
• Prepared to work all over the UK
• Proactively produce strategy for leadership development across the business using business scanning tools and research, data and feedback to recommend and demonstrate ROI
• Work with C‑suite leaders to understand the needs of the business
• Collaborate with HR Ops to gather needs through the talent process and via performance review data
• Attend leadership events and training, then integrate learnings into Care UK programmes
• Manage the leadership budget
• Deliver training at all levels
• Conduct regular surveys, feedback and redesign the offering
• Ensure maximum attendance of all programmes and eLearning through excellent communication and written materials
• Communicate courses and opportunities to homes to ensure maximum attendance at all leadership training events
• Create content for the eLearning system, videos, blogs, webinars and eLearning modules
• Source and work with suppliers and seek improvements
• Serve as an ambassador for all things leadership, leading the strategy, implementation, driving focus and change, and prioritising leadership at the top of the agenda
