MaPS is seeking a Governance Services Management Development Design and Delivery Trainer to shape leadership capability across the UK. Based in Bedford with hybrid working, you will design, deliver and continually improve learning interventions for operational leaders, aligning governance and inclusion with our 70-20-10 learning model.

The role includes crafting curricula, coaching managers, facilitating workshops, and measuring impact with Kirkpatrick/Brinkerhoff evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven management development expertise in a dynamic environment with coaching and facilitator skills.
• Experience with learning analytics, evaluation frameworks and dashboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders with data.
• Inclusive design, accessibility standards, and safeguarding practices.
• Experience in 70-20-10 learning model and blended solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership development roadmap aligned to strategy and values.
• Design and deliver pathway-based curricula with clear outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, coaching circles, and social learning activities.
• Govern coaching offers, 360-degree feedback, and development planning.
• Define measurement strategy and evaluate interventions for improvement.
