Job summary

Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is seeking a Learning Designer in Bedford. You will design and develop high-quality training across digital and blended formats, translating business and learner needs into engaging experiences aligned to the Money Guidance Competency Framework.

You’ll support national training, collaborate with SMEs and content teams, and ensure accessibility and quality across learning outputs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in learning and training design across digital and blended formats.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and market-leading authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a portfolio of training solutions across digital and non-digital formats (eLearning, webinars, workshops, microlearning, video, assessments).
• Translate learner needs into engaging learning experiences aligned to the framework.
• Manage end-to-end process for training outputs and lifecycle of a digital learning library.
• Ensure accessibility, quality, and alignment with learning outcomes.
