Qualifications

• Design, deliver and evaluate leadership development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development and adult learning.
• Experience across team effectiveness, coaching and skills development.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to understand capability needs and translate them into practical development solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with confidence to coach and advise leaders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data, insight and feedback-driven approaches to improve development activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of leadership development activity, shaping learning outcomes and delivery approaches in line with D&G’s roadmap and business needs.
• Design, deliver and manage leadership programmes, drawing on business needs and external insight.
• Develop and improve leadership journeys to provide a joined-up experience across populations and levels.
• Evolve coaching and mentoring offerings to meet organisational needs and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Work with leaders to understand leadership and team effectiveness challenges and deliver development interventions.
• Embed leadership qualities across development activity and ensure consistency.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness using data and feedback to identify improvements.
• Stay updated with external research and translate insights into practical improvements.
