Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
• Allocate job cards and distribution of workload to maximise productivity.
• Conduct quality checks ensuring brand standards and customer expectations.
• Oversee workshop systems, including EVHC and booking platforms.
• Maintain high workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support Service Advisors for smooth workshop operation.
• Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and industry regulations.
