Job summary

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a professional Workshop Controller for a state-of-the-art workshop in Wimbledon. You will plan and coordinate workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximise productivity and profitability.

You will oversee technicians, update customer database, identify warranty claims, and liaise with Aftersales. The role offers an excellent salary, 33 days holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package within a forward-thinking dealer group.

Qualifications

• Main Dealer experience essential.
• Experience in the Workshop Controller role.
• Knowledge of management and training techniques.
• Awareness of Health and Safety policies.
• Self-motivated to achieve targets.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing, managing and motivating a number of Technicians.
• Maximising utilisation and productivity to meet objectives and customer expectations.
• Ensuring the customer database is updated and accurate.
• Identify potential warranty claims as per manufacturers' requirements.
• Liaise with Aftersales to order parts.
• Complete job cards and conduct performance reviews.
