A leading independent hospital in Kent seeks a part-time Lead Women's Health Physical Therapist. You will provide expert clinical care and lead a small team while supporting service development. Overview

As the Lead Women's Health Physical Therapist, you'll provide expert clinical care to patients with complex presentations, while shaping and growing a robust, safe, and innovative service. You'll lead by example - managing a small team, supporting colleagues across the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring our patients consistently experience healthcare at its best.

Location: KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent. Part Time 22.5 Hours Per Week | Competitive Salary.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering advanced, evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for women\'s health patients, with scope to develop men\'s health and oncology services.
  • Acting as a role model and clinical leader, supporting and developing colleagues through supervision, training, and appraisals.
  • Driving service development, innovation, and operational excellence in partnership with consultants and referrers.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the women\'s health service, including governance, safety, and service quality.
Qualifications
  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a degree (or equivalent).
  • Significant post-registration clinical experience in Women\'s Health.
  • Proven track record in leading service development (Women\'s Health, Men\'s Health, and Oncology desirable).
