Job summary

BAM Ground Engineering is recruiting a Senior Utility Surveyor to lead utility surveys and PAS 128 outputs across multiple projects. The role blends practical field delivery with shaping a growing utility surveying service and requires strong client-facing and teaching abilities.

You will utilise modern surveying tools (GPR, GPS, total stations), ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with project teams to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering utility surveys and PAS 128 compliant outputs.
• Knowledge of TSA and industry standards essential.
• Ability to mentor junior surveyors and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility survey projects from start to finish to high standards.
• Provide technical support to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Utilise modern surveying methods and equipment (total stations, GPS, GPR).
• Record underground utility assets and produce PAS 128 outputs.
• Deliver reports to Project Managers and CAD operators.
