• Experience in a fast-paced transport environment dealing with Class 1 vehicle planning.
• Previous administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
• Liaise with management for smooth Planning Centre operations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork for the transport operation.
• Monitor documentation supporting transport operations.
• Produce statistics as required.

Skills

Knowledge of Drivers Hours

Knowledge of Tachograph and WTD legislation

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)

Good numeric skills
