Job summary

Venn Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Head of Supported Housing to lead a portfolio of services across the city. The role focuses on strategic and operational leadership, safeguarding excellence and delivery against contractual requirements.

The successful candidate will manage a 10-15 staff team, drive performance, build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners, and shape high-quality supported housing services for residents.

Qualifications

• Significant management experience within supported housing, homelessness or a related environment.
• Experience leading front line housing or support teams.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and housing legislation.
• A proven ability to manage performance, compliance and service improvement.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading supported housing provider to recruit an experienced Head of Supported Housing to lead a portfolio of services across Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established housing professional with a strong background in supported housing, homelessness, safeguarding and operational management. You will be responsible for leading service delivery, driving performance and managing a team of approximately 10-15 staff.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
