Job summary

You will advise IPTs on supportability requirements, provide rigorous analysis, and guide the department in best practices to reduce cost and risk while improving reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
- Experience in industry or defence sectors.
- Strong experience leading and developing teams.
- Commercial and business awareness.
- Experience in engineering management and delivery of project work packages.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Supportability Engineers delivering diverse work packages.
- Collaborate with IPTs to advise on Supportability requirements.
- Ensure milestones; manage technical quality.
- Develop Life Cycle Management reviews input.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost/risk reduction across the lifecycle.
