Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Technical Principal to lead Civil and Structural design for power generation, HV substations, HVDC interconnectors, and cable projects. You will oversee FEED activities, prepare planning and tender drawings, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, drawing creation, cost estimation, and proposal writing skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of structural engineering principles and design codes.
• Ability to lead structural projects independently, including timelines and budgets.
• Experience with FEED activities and BIM technologies.
• Proficiency in coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams.
