Job summary

ON is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to drive sales, mentor Store Advisors, and uphold operational excellence within a bustling retail environment. You will champion customer service, coach the team, and help shape the store's day-to-day execution.

You will supervise customer interactions, optimize inventory management, implement visual merchandising plans, and contribute ideas to improve store processes and performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
• At least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance initiatives.
• Experience in Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports is a plus but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and inspire the team.
• Keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
