Job summary

ON RUNNING in Greater London is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to drive sales performance and mentor Store Advisors. You will supervise customer interactions, optimize inventory, and ensure excellence in visual merchandising while contributing ideas to improve store operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail, leadership experience, and a passion for running and fashion. Fluency in English and German (B2) is required, with weekend/Eve/Holiday availability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment with at least one year of experience leading teams.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
• A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• You are fluent in English and have a level of B2 German.
