Our client, Surrey-based , is seeking a Speech and Language Therapy Lead to join their state‑of‑the‑art Care and Rehab. • Oversee the development of therapy services and ensure clinical excellence.
• Conduct mental capacity assessments and advocate for clients.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies.
• Manage performance, appraisals, and recruitment within the SLT department.
• Support service development and quality improvement projects.
