Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie ready to step up.
• Leads by example; sets standard on the pass.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and stand in when needed.
• Maintain high standards of quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Own kitchen routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders, handovers.
• Coach and develop junior chefs and teammates.
