Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Croeso Lounge kitchen. You will lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every plate leaves the pass with pride. The role offers a strong path for progression within our growing hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to service and ensure dishes meet standards.
• Support Head Chef and act as right hand in their absence.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, pace, hygiene, and safety on the pass.
• Own key routines: prep, stock control, waste management, and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop teammates to raise overall performance.
