Job summary

Loungers plc is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join Bruno Lounge. You’ll lead kitchen shifts, support the Head Chef and ensure every dish leaves the pass with pride. This is a full-time role with a 48-hour contract (40-hour option available) and a competitive package including bonus and overtime.

As part of the Bruno Lounge team, you’ll contribute to a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales, with real progression opportunities and a focus on teamwork and quality cooking.

Qualifications

• Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role
• Passionate about fresh ingredients
• Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and run day-to-day operations
• Maintain high standards on the pass: quality, pace, hygiene and safety
• Own key kitchen routines: prep, stock, waste and orders
• Coach and develop the team to deliver great food
