Loungers is seeking a full-time Sous Chef for the Marciano Lounge kitchen in the UK. You will support the Head Chef, lead kitchen shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of top quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service runs smoothly from prep to plate.
• Support day-to-day operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Own key kitchen routines: prep, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver great food each shift.
