Qualifications

• Solid Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen.
• Full driving licence and own transport (essential).
• Confidence leading a section and running the kitchen when required.
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are useful, but experience matters more.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and run the kitchen when the Head Chef isn't around.
• Help maintain high standards and consistency across venues.
• Choose and adapt hours and style of operation to suit the team and venue.
