HR-CL Limited is recruiting experienced Sous Chefs for several quality gastropub kitchens across Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswolds. We match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style of operation that suit you best, matching your strengths to the venue.

Qualifications

• Solid Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are useful, but experience matters more.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, keep standards high and take charge when the Head Chef isn't around.
• Lead a section and run the kitchen when required.
• Oversee quality seasonal food and fresh cooking practices.

These are genuine Sous Chef roles for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and take charge when the Head Chef isn't around. With multiple venues available, we'll match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style of operation that suit you best.

We're looking specifically for Sous Chefs, as our CDP positions are already well covered.
