Job summary

HR-CL Limited is recruiting experienced Sous Chefs for several quality gastropub kitchens around Bristol and the surrounding area. These roles require leading from the front, maintaining high standards, and stepping in when the Head Chef isn't available.

With multiple venues, we will match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style that suit you best, offering genuine progression toward Head Chef positions and long-term opportunities with established gastropub clients.

Qualifications

• Solid Sous Chef experience in a busy kitchen.
• Full driving licence and own transport (essential).
• Confident in leading a section and running the kitchen.
• Strong understanding of fresh food and kitchen fundamentals.
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
• NVQ or City & Guilds helpful; experience matters more.

We're recruiting experienced Sous Chefs for several quality gastropub kitchens across Bristol and the surrounding area.

These are genuine Sous Chef roles for someone who can lead from the front, keep standards high and take charge when the Head Chef isn't around. With multiple venues available, we'll match you with the kitchen, team, hours and style of operation that suit you best.

We're looking specifically for Sous Chefs, as our CDP positions are already well covered.
