Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service runs smoothly and on spec.
• Support the Head Chef, cover in their absence and drive strong results.
• Maintain high standards on the pass for quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach teammates and help chefs grow their skills and confidence.
