Occulo Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll lead shifts, support the Head Chef and ensure every dish on the pass meets our high standards.

• Experience leading kitchen teams and maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to learn and progress within Loungers.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts and ensure service runs smoothly.
• Support Head Chef and manage the kitchen in their absence.
• Maintain quality, hygiene and safety standards on the pass.
• Oversee prep, par, stock control and shift handovers.
• Mentor and develop junior chefs.
