Loungers’ Carro Lounge in Wales is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead kitchen shifts and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of the highest standard. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence, ensuring service runs smoothly from prep to final plate.
• Support the Head Chef and step up in their absence to deliver strong results.
• Set high standards for the pass with attention to food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage prep, par levels, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers.
• Coach and support the team to build confidence and skill.
