Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Bolero Lounge, a local café bar. You’ll lead the kitchen, support the Head Chef and ensure every plate meets the brand’s high standards. The role offers progression, paid overtime, and a clear path to growth within a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or CDP ready to take next step.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for fresh ingredients, high standards and clean execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate.
• Support Head Chef and step up in their absence.
• Set high standards on the pass for quality, pace, hygiene and safety.
• Own routines: prep, par, stock control, waste, orders, handovers.
• Coach and develop the kitchen team to deliver great food every shift.
