Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture for the AI & Developer Platform. You will lead a team of top technical experts who articulate business value and technical detail of Cloudflare’s ecosystem to customers.

You'll partner with sales to grow developer revenue and shape strategic opportunities across the organization. In this leadership role, you’ll bridge technical sales and product engineering, ensuring a strong feedback loop that informs product evolution.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership of technical teams in complex environments.
Proven ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing and Sales to drive revenue.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Solution Architects to articulate Cloudflare's value and ecosystem.
Partner with sales leadership to grow developer revenue and opportunities.
Bridge technical sales and product engineering to feedback into roadmap.
Develop and execute long-term technical sales strategy with regional leaders.
Mentor, grow, and retain a high-performing Solutions Architecture team.
Liaise with executive leadership, PM and PMM to align goals and value propositions.
Manage annual budget and allocate resources to meet goals.
Support executive engagement with strategic customer accounts.
Oversee a feedback loop to refine product roadmap based on usage.
