Lead Software Engineer

Cardiff (Hybrid Working)

Up to £75,000 + Bonus

CPS Group are supporting an established technology-driven organisation in Cardiff who are looking for multiple Lead Software Engineer to join their growing software engineering function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to step up into a technical leadership role. From you’re first day you’ll be given the opportunity to lead a team and shaping engineering practices. You’ll play a key role in guiding Agile teams, influencing architecture and helping drive the technical direction of a modern software platform.

The Role

You’ll provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, supporting delivery, improving engineering standards and helping engineers grow. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered against estimates/to time, and to cost.

This is a predominantly hands-on role.
