Starbucks in Hickstead is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and ensure our products are ready, fresh, and served with outstanding customer service. You will work alongside the Store Manager, take ownership of shifts in their absence, and motivate colleagues to deliver great results every day.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
