EG Group is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor in Barton-upon-Humber. You will lead by example, manage shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensure products are fresh and presented to high standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, with a passion for great customer experiences and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts and contracted hours are available.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-focused environment.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating great experiences.
• Confidence to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions and take ownership.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Lead and supervise daily store operations and staff to deliver great results.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and help customers discover products they’ll love.
• Support store operations with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining records.
• Champion quality and safety by upholding high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Keep the store inviting and well-presented for customers and colleagues.
• Lead by example during busy periods and step in to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare beverages, food, and products to brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
