Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, a passion for service, and the ability to motivate the team. Flexible shifts with a minimum of 8 hours per week are available.

• Assist the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
• Champion quality and safety by upholding food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
• Maintain an inviting, vibrant store appearance for customers and staff.
• Set high standards, support the team during busy periods, and step in to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare coffee, food, and beverages to brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality with every order.
