Greggs in Newport is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy retail team and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels.

You'll motivate colleagues, supervise the shop when the manager isn't present, and oversee product preparation, display stock, and a clean, welcoming environment on every shift. Competitive hourly rate and benefits apply.

Formación

• Reliable and demonstrate natural leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is desirable.
• Availability to discuss shift patterns at interview.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times with plenty of choice
• Keep the shop looking clean, tidy and presentable
