Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Lead Service Designer to deliver high profile digital products and services for UK public sector and private clients. You will work across user, technical and business operations using market-leading technologies to reimagine service delivery end-to-end.

You will lead design workshops, test prototypes with users, and collaborate with agile delivery teams while building strong client relationships and guiding complex transformations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams on large transformation projects.
• Adept at building client relationships and collaborating across teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience delivering in the UK public sector including working to GDS standards and passing Service Standard Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high profile digital products and services for UK public sector and major clients.
• Build stakeholder relationships and act as a key contact in delivery teams.
• Define user, business needs and operational context.
• Analyze user needs and objectives in complex service areas.
• Create design concepts and service blueprints delivering end-to-end services.
• Lead design workshops and sprints with team and stakeholders.
• Rapidly design and test digital prototypes with users.
