Job summary

Netcompany is seeking a Lead Service Designer to deliver high-profile digital products for UK public sector and private clients. You will work across user, technical and business operations to create end-to-end solutions that meet user needs and deliver measurable impact.

You will lead design workshops, test digital prototypes with users, and define visions and outcomes for programmes, while building strong client relationships in a fast- paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced service designer with leadership capability
• Works in agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Delivers new services within large transformation projects
• Builds strong client relationships and collaborates across teams
• Experience delivering in UK public sector with GDS standards
