Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking a Lead Salesforce AI Engineer to drive the Salesforce Agentforce adoption across critical infrastructure functions in the UK. You will lead AI design, governance, and deployment for autonomous agents, with emphasis on security, scalability, and business value.

You will collaborate with architecture, strategy, and delivery teams to define scalable AI patterns, evaluate new technologies, and deliver measurable outcomes across customer and field services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI, ML or automation solutions at scale.
• Experience with Salesforce platform tech including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud.
• Leadership in AI roadmap, governance and secure design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap.
• Identify and prioritise use cases for autonomous agents across functions.
• Establish governance, security, and operational standards for Agentforce implementations.
• Provide AI design direction to Delivery Teams and mentor knowledge sharing.
• Engage on large projects, define AI solutions, and support business cases.
