Job summary

PRIMA Partners is seeking a senior Salesforce Technical Architect with deep Agentforce AI expertise to lead complex Salesforce and AI transformation engagements in both public and private sectors. You will design and implement AI agent-based solutions, set enterprise integration strategies, and guide delivery across large programmes.

Salesforce Technical Architect, Agentforce AI | ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Significant Salesforce experience operating as a Technical Architect or Technical Lead across complex enterprise programmes
• Deep hands-on development background across Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce engineering best practices
• Strong Agentforce AI expertise, including the architecture, configuration, customisation, and deployment of AI agent-based solutions
• Proven experience integrating Agentforce with enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and wider AI/ML technologies
• Deep architectural knowledge across Salesforce integrations, security, data, event-driven architecture, and enterprise application landscapes
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, ETL, ESB, event-based integrations, SSO, OAuth, encryption, and technologies such as Kafka
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, development teams, architectural governance, and solution quality across large-scale client engagements
• Strong senior client-facing capability, including workshops, technical strategy, architecture presentations, and communication with executive stakeholders
• Experience leading technical pre-sales, RFP responses, solution proposals, and architectural presentations
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications, or equivalent

Salesforce Technical Architect, Agentforce AI | DESIRED SKILLS

• Strong experience across Salesforce DevOps and DevSecOps including CI/CD, trunk-based development, and feature toggles
• Experience defining enterprise AI strategy, roadmaps, and Agentforce use cases
• Knowledge of analytics, MI, BI, relational database design, and complex data migration
• Experience mentoring Salesforce Architects, Developers, and wider technical teams
• SC clearance or immediate eligibility to obtain Security Check clearance
• Experience contributing to Salesforce or AI thought leadership, industry content, or speaking engagements

Salesforce Technical Architect, Agentforce AI | OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an Associate Director / Director level Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Agentforce AI expertise to lead complex Salesforce and AI transformation engagements across major public and private sector organisations.

This is a senior, technically credible consulting role combining Salesforce architecture with Agentforce AI. You will design and implement AI agent-based solutions, lead enterprise architecture and integration strategy, oversee technical delivery, and advise senior client stakeholders on how Agentforce and emerging AI capabilities can be applied to real business challenges.

Alongside delivery, you will lead technical teams, support major pre-sales opportunities, mentor technical talent, and help shape architectural standards and emerging AI capabilities. The role requires someone who can operate confidently at executive level while retaining the technical depth to challenge designs, guide engineering teams, and take ownership of complex Salesforce solutions.
