Job summary

UniHomes in Sheffield is hiring a Lead Salesforce Implementation Specialist to own Agentforce across Sales and Service. You will lead design, governance, and adoption, partnering with the AI Product Manager to align the broader AI stack and ensure Agentforce lands as a strategic platform change.

You will build and grow a small team, drive cross-business opportunities, and be the senior face to stakeholders including Salesforce themselves, reporting to the Head of CRM.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience designing, building and shipping Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Strong Salesforce administration foundations; Administrator cert preferred, Agentforce or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Flows, Lightning) and AI tooling like prompt design.
• Ability to own a workstream end-to-end from design to governance and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentforce roadmap and how it integrates with Salesforce footprint and AI stack.
• Lead design and build of Agentforce agents (Sales, Service, lead gen, nurturing).
• Own agent governance, trust layer configuration, audits and safety policies.
• Establish agent observability to monitor performance in production and iterate.
• Drive adoption across Sales and Service through training and change management.
• Build and lead a small Agentforce team as the function scales.
