Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Experience designing AI/data architectures on hyperscalers and enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on prototyping with frontier LLMs and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales technical design by analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Shape best practices around generative AI, agent interoperability, and data integrations.
• Collaborate with AEs to build prototypes and demos using Agentforce.
• Develop thought leadership content and enablement sessions.
• Own technical architecture decisions across data modeling and activation strategies.
