Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform across industries. You will work hands-on on autonomous agents, LLM-grounding, and data integration using Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud.

The role is engineering-focused, not configuration, with a hybrid working model, security clearances, and opportunities to shape AI delivery methodologies in DCX projects for leading clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce experience across core clouds.
• Hands-on with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
• Understanding of LLM behavior: prompt engineering, RAG, grounding.
• Experience testing AI features, monitoring quality and cost.
• Enterprise integration knowledge including MuleSoft and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce and AI-powered solutions.
• Develop intelligent experiences and autonomous agents.
• Act as Salesforce/AI SME within the DCX practice.
• Build AI-enabled solutions combining data for personalized experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Use AI tools and DevOps to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities across engagements.
• Support Agile delivery with Gearset, Copado, Flosum, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
