Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design, build and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations across multiple industries. You will work hands-on with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud to create autonomous agents and AI-driven processes.

The role is hybrid in the UK, and you will partner with consultants and AI specialists to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce technical experience across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, and reducing hallucination.
• Experience testing AI features and monitoring quality, cost and latency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce and AI-powered business solutions.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tech.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Support Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices in the Salesforce lifecycle.
