Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design, build and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform for leading organisations across multiple industries. You will work hands-on with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud to create autonomous agents and AI-driven processes.

The role is hybrid in the UK, and you will partner with consultants and AI specialists to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

Strong Salesforce technical experience across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
Hands-on experience developing solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, and reducing hallucination.
Experience testing AI features and monitoring quality, cost and latency.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Salesforce and AI-powered business solutions.
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic tech.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
Support Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices in the Salesforce lifecycle.
