Job summary

UniHomes seeks a Lead Salesforce Implementation Specialist to own Agentforce end-to-end, guiding design, governance and adoption across Sales and Service as Salesforce transitions to an AI-assisted platform.

You will collaborate with our AI Product Manager and fellow Salesforce specialists to align the Agentforce roadmap with our broader AI stack, delivering measurable improvements in speed and quality of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and shipping Agentforce or comparable Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Strong Salesforce administration foundations; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agentforce roadmap - what we build, in what order, and how it integrates with Salesforce footprint and AI stack.
• Lead the design and build of Agentforce agents (Sales, Service, lead generation, qualification, nurturing) using Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Atlas Reasoning Engine and Data Cloud.
• Own agent governance: trust layer configuration, audit, evaluation and policies that keep agents safe.
• Stand up agent observability so we know how agents perform in production and iterate quickly.
• Drive adoption across Sales and Service teams - training, change management and feedback loops.
• Build and lead a small Agentforce team as the function scales - directional leadership and people development.
• Partner with Salesforce Architect and AI Product Manager on platform footprint and cross-business opportunities.
• Be the accountable owner of Agentforce inside UniHomes - senior face to stakeholders and Salesforce.
