Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce AI Engineer to design, build and ship AI features on the Salesforce platform for large enterprise clients. You will work across industries, building autonomous agents, grounding models in Salesforce data, and deploying AI features that perform under real workloads.

This is an engineering role focused on development using Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Model Builder and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce technical experience across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc).
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs.
• Experience building with Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder and Model Builder.
• Understanding of prompts, grounding, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience testing AI features and monitoring live deployments.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration via MuleSoft and APIs.
• Experience scaling solutions for large user bases.
• Nice to have MCP, vector search, embeddings, or Python for AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and AI specialists to design and deliver Salesforce+AI solutions.
• Develop intelligent experiences, autonomous agents, and AI-augmented processes.
• Act as Salesforce/AI SME within the DCX practice and shape delivery methodologies.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, JavaScript, APIs.
• Build AI-enabled solutions combining customer, operational and enterprise data.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft and APIs.
• Apply modern DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce AI capabilities for client engagements.
