Job summary

PRIMA Partners is seeking a senior Salesforce Technical Architect with deep Agentforce AI expertise to lead complex Salesforce and AI transformation engagements in both public and private sectors. You will design and implement AI agent-based solutions, set enterprise integration strategies, and guide delivery across large programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant Salesforce Technical Architect/Technical Lead experience in enterprise programmes.
• Hands-on development with Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC and best practices.
• Deep Agentforce AI expertise: architecture, configuration, customization and deployment.
• Proven experience integrating Agentforce with enterprise systems, data sources and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams and governance across large client engagements.
• Present architectures and strategies to executive stakeholders; drive client workshops.
• Oversee delivery, ensure solution quality and architectural standards.
• Support pre-sales, RFP responses and architectural proposals; mentor teams.
